Last Set Mindset ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Gym accounts: When you sign up, we collect your gym name and a password you create. We do not collect billing information during the free beta period.
Usage data: We log workout scores and activity within your gym's account to power the progress tracking and leaderboard features.
Contact information: If you reach out via our support chat or email, we collect your messages to respond to you.
We use the information collected to operate and improve the platform, respond to support requests, and send product updates relevant to your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All data is stored on secure servers. Member scores and gym data are stored in association with your gym's account and are accessible only to your coaches and members via your gym's unique URL.
The member view uses browser localStorage to remember your scaling preference (Rx, Scaled, Beginner) between visits. No tracking cookies are used.
We use trusted third-party infrastructure providers to operate the platform, including AI generation and transactional email services. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and are not permitted to use your data for other purposes.
You may request deletion of your gym's data at any time by emailing hunter@lastsetmindset.app. We will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.
