These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Last Set Mindset ("the Service"), operated by Last Set Mindset ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Last Set Mindset is a software platform designed to help gym coaches create, display, and manage daily workouts. You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating a gym account. You are responsible for keeping your coach password secure. Notify us immediately at hunter@lastsetmindset.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You retain ownership of any workout data, scores, and other content you input into the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that Your Content does not violate any applicable law or infringe any third-party rights.
The Service uses AI to generate workout suggestions. AI-generated workouts are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing workouts for appropriateness and safety before programming them for your athletes. We make no warranty that AI-generated workouts are error-free, safe, or suitable for any individual or group.
The Service is currently in a free beta phase. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or availability at any time. We will provide at least 60 days' notice before introducing paid plans. Beta users who remain active will be offered a discounted rate.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.
In the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of Last Set Mindset, your account data may be transferred to the acquiring party as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance of any such transfer and will have the option to delete your account prior to the transfer.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Last Set Mindset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or lost profits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
